Update your contact details

To ensure that there is clear communication between school and home it is extremely important that parents notify the school of any changes to their contact details. As parents know, the school rarely uses traditional post to communicate with parents. Printed materials such as student progress reports, annual reports and exam timetables are sent home with the student or, in some cases, emailed. Most important messages or reminders are sent from the school via text message.

In addition, there are a number of situations when we may need to contact a parent (or a designated alternative contact). Such situations may be when a child is ill and needs to be collected from school, or where there is the need to close the school because of an emergency situation or as the result of extreme weather conditions. Of course, the most common reason to contact a parent is to discuss a matter concerning their child.
